Service fail ya incomplete hone par 2–3 working days me full refund mil jayega (policy details niche di gayi hai).

WhatsApp ya form pe clear and scanned PDF/JPEG less than 200KB upload karein. Blurred ya incomplete docs reject ho sakte hain.

Refund Policy

  • Jahan bhi aapki service (document correction, application, etc.) complete nahi hoti ya fail ho jati hai, aap poore amount ka refund request kar sakte hain.
  • Refund request WhatsApp ya contact form ke through within 7 days raise karna zaruri hai.
  • Refund processing time: 2–3 working days (UPI/Bank transfer par milega).
  • Govt. fees, 3rd party charges ya file processing charge refund nahi hoga agar already paid hai.
  • Agar galat info/document dene se service cancel hoti hai, to partial refund ho sakta hai (team se consult karein).
  • Har refund request company policy ke hisaab se process hoti hai.

  • Any suspicious or fraudulent request can be rejected by the team without prior notice.
